NOTICE OF ACTION TO: JEREMIAH JAMES WIGHTMAN, CALGARY, ALBERTA TAKE NOTICE THAT SIOK MOOI CHENG issued a Statement of Claim (numbered 1203-13254) in the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta in the Law Courts of Edmonton Alberta on September 05, 2012 in which you, JEREMIAH JAMES WIGHTMAN, are a named Defendant. The Plaintiff alleges that the two Pit Bull dogs ("Pit Bulls") on the Premises were owned by you and were under your care, custody or control. When the Plaintiff arrived on the Premises, the pit bulls, who were not secured or contained properly, or at all, suddenly and without warning attacked, bit and shook the Plaintiff causing her to suffer severe and grievous personal injuries.
